Team Rooms

In order to keep the equipment in each room maintained, food and drink are not permitted. Team rooms may be blocked in two-hour sessions by each group or user per day.

Team Room Rules

1. Team rooms are not designated for individual use. Team rooms must be occupied by a minimum of two students who are working on a project or are studying as a group.
2. If an individual is using a team room and a group wants to use that space, priority will be given to the group and the individual will be asked to leave.
3. Team rooms are for groups no larger than six students. Larger groups may use the graduate lounge in McCord 241.
4. If occupants are not in the team room within 15 minutes after the reservation’s start time, the reservation will be dropped from the calendar and the room will be made available for others to reserve. Exceptions are made for faculty or staff who need the room for a class.
