Curriculum
Fall 2024 starts and after
The Evening MBA program consists of 49 credit hours — 34 credit hours of core courses and 15 credit hours of electives.
Your program will have a total of five electives (15 credits), starting in the summer between your first and second year. If you choose to take a Global Immersion course and/or a Business and Public Policy course, you won’t need to take a summer elective. Electives will take place in Summer, Q5, Q6, Q7 and Q8.
The program is designed following the Quarter and Block structure. The Quarter classes will be 7.5-week in-person hybrid while the Block classes will be 5-week online courses (iCourses).

Entrepreneurial MindsetAwakening Your Entrepreneurial Mindset takes you through a series of individual and collaborative experiences to build a dynamic set of soft and hard skills as well as attitudes for you to innovatively thrive in any environment. Cultivating an Entrepreneurial Mindset isn’t about launching businesses, but about building skills for opportunity recognition, resilience, collaboration and communication, and innovation and growth. Awakening Your Entrepreneurial Mindset emphasizes learning by doing. Following design-thinking principles, the material is divided into 3 phases: (1) Taking stock of foundational entrepreneurial mindset skills (EMS), (2) Building resilience and spotting opportunities, and (3) Entrepreneurial Mindset at work. Career CoachingFocuses on a system designed to help students take an active role in their career development through self-reflection, skills and values assessment, market research and identifying potential roadblocks to obtaining an internship or full-time role after graduation. Also introduces the concept of a personal narrative and provides experiential learning opportunities to refine their own personal narrative and understand how to fine-tune and tailor it for a variety of career applications. |
