Entrepreneurial MindsetAwakening Your Entrepreneurial Mindset takes you through a series of individual and collaborative experiences to build a dynamic set of soft and hard skills as well as attitudes for you to innovatively thrive in any environment. Cultivating an Entrepreneurial Mindset isn’t about launching businesses, but about building skills for opportunity recognition, resilience, collaboration and communication, and innovation and growth. Awakening Your Entrepreneurial Mindset emphasizes learning by doing. Following design-thinking principles, the material is divided into 3 phases: (1) Taking stock of foundational entrepreneurial mindset skills (EMS), (2) Building resilience and spotting opportunities, and (3) Entrepreneurial Mindset at work.
