View your Tuition Bill

To view your total tuition bill for the semester:

• Login to your MyASU account
• Click the Finances Tab
• Click the Charge History link

To view your monthly tuition installments under the payment plan:

• Login to your MyASU account
• Click the Finances Tab
• Click the Current Amount Due and Future Charges links

Accept Financial Aid

Students can view and accept financial aid awards on the Finances page of their MyASU account.

Accepting federal student loans
The total loan amount accepted will be divided evenly between the fall and spring semesters. Students attending fall/spring cannot accept a fall-only loan. Please review the step-by-step Guide on Accepting Federal Student Loans.

Students must complete the following loan documents at www.studentloans.gov before their loans will disburse:

• Direct Loan Master Promissory Note
• Graduate PLUS Loan Master Promissory Note (if a PLUS loan is accepted)
• Entrance Counseling for graduate students

Fully accepted forms of financial aid will disburse approximately 10 days before classes begin each semester.
