Program Operations
Jacob Powers is now the Associate Director of Program Operations, overseeing W. P. Carey's Executive MBA and EGADE programs. Originally from Michigan, he moved to Arizona in 2002 after graduating from Central Michigan University with a Bachelors in English. Jacob's higher education career began in 2009 with University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University where he managed student services advisors providing student support. He started working for ASU in November of 2014 with W. P. Carey School of Business Graduate Programs Office. Prior to managing and leading teams in higher education, Jacob was in the restaurant industry as a kitchen and front of the house manager. In 2017, he completed his Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Jacob and his wife Cindy were married in 2010 and they have two boys together, Elijah and Noah.
Clémence Demoncheaux joined the ASU team in 2024 as the Graduate Programs Student Services Support Coordinator (EMBA). Originally from France, she graduated from Jules Verne University (UPJV) with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education in 2006 and a Master's degree in Education in 2008. She moved to California in 2012 to teach at a French American school, where she stayed for eight years. While teaching full-time in the Bay Area, Clémence earned her Master’s degree in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University in 2018. After spending 15 years teaching in elementary and middle schools, Clemence decided to transition to Higher Education. She is excited to bring her expertise and ensure that the students of the EMBA program have the best experience possible during their academic journey.
In her free time, Clemence enjoys spending time with her family, including her son Diego and loves everything related to sports and athletics. Go Devils!

Parker Barry is the Graduate Programs Student Recruiter for the Executive and Full-Time MBA programs. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with an undergraduate degree in Finance, along with a certificate in Marketing. After graduating, Parker moved down to the Phoenix valey and spent 3 years in technology recruiting and sales. Originally from California, he loves being outdoors, grilling, and watching sports in his free time. Parker is happy to answer questions you may have and assist with your future endeavors.
Sara Bingaman is the Graduate Programs Student Recruiter for W.P. Carey’s Executive MBA program. Originally from California, Sara graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Education, and received a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University. She has worked in consulting, executive search and education administration for the past 20 years in San Francisco, New York, Toronto and Houston. Sara loves to cook and travel the world. She and her husband Greg were married in 1999 and have one daughter, Emma living in Dallas, Texas.
